Please be aware of the rules in your location and do not order products if the purchase is in violation of your local ordinances. Our policy for errors is simple; If a mistake is made and it is our fault, we pay for it. If a mistake is made and it is your fault, such as entering the wrong address or wrong item, you pay for it. Either way, we guarantee a satisfactory resolution to any errors.
Most unopened, unused merchandise can be returned. Sterile merchandise can not be returned. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We do not ship outside the US except to Canada . We do not ship to APO addresses.
We only accept credit cards as payment. Open accounts may be established for commercial customers.
We usually ship the same day or next day we receive an order for in-stock merchandise for orders received up until 2:00 p.m. EST. We ship M-F and are open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
